Heikkilä Cheese Factory makes 10 000 to 12 000 kilos of cheese annually. The cheese is made from the factory’s own cows’ milk. The cheese is made with traditional recipes and modern standards of quality control. Traditional Finnish squeaky cheese is the biggest product.
The products are sold in many places on the route, for example Suttinen Farm, Rönnvik Winery and Niitty-Seppälä Summer Market. The products can be bought straight from the factory if ordered beforehand.
